Eli Weinstein, LCSW and Chris Wilson

Hi, I'm Chris Wilson. As a young man I grew up modeling the tough "go-getter" "be hard" mentality that my Boston, MA culture gave me. I didn't know I was an angry young man. I thought it was good to be tough. I used my anger to motivate me to achieve my goals and create a sense of safety and identity for myself.

Later in life after quitting college to race bikes at the national team level, going to world championships in triathlons and being #1 in sales at a couple of tech companies I experienced a major anxiety attack. My body was telling me I did not want to be like the men I was surrounding myself with. While horrible and challenging I came out of that experience appreciating who I was as a man in new and profoundly powerful ways.

Now, it is my mission to hold and create safe spaces for men to get out of their heads and into their bodies to redefine what it means to be a man and be vulnerable open hearted leaders.

My practice is flexible to meet men where they are. Primarily based in slowing men down, connecting to the breath and learning tangible tools to express and let go of stuck energy and emotions. It is from this place of presence and connection that men can take meaningful action and show up in a more empowering way in all of their relationships. I have over 2000 hours of one on one transformational coaching experience working with men ages 18 to 75.

I live in San Francisco, CA with my amazing Fiance Anna and our cat Chesterfield. My other passions include trail running, backpacking and open water swimming.
